We all have an obligation to tackle climate change and reduce our emissions however we can. The South Ken Zen+ Programme will help us to accelerate collective progress by sharing knowledge, expertise and best practice. We will collaborate with our neighbours to generate beneficial impacts, economies of scale, and set examples to inspire wider change amongst the people who live, work, visit and study in this area.
The South Ken ZEN+ Programme will help us all go further and faster to achieve our sustainability goals by drawing on experience from across the ERCG member network. Our pooled resources and joint reporting will help us to demonstrate the progress that we are making in addressing the pressing demands of climate change. Together, we will unlock critical priority areas, and share in the benefits of creating a future-proof, sustainable neighbourhood.
Some of the things we are working towards include:
A joint Toolkit for collectively reporting on progress against Net Zero and Sustainability Targets
A Shared Procurement Charter, with a focus on a sustainable supply chains and waste management
Developing projects to foster nature restoration and biodiversity in the neighbourhood
Acting as an incubator for new ideas, projects, fundraising and innovation
